Built by musicians
EtqanShop opened its doors in Al-Karrada, Baghdad in 2014 with a simple promise: every piece of audio gear we sell will be genuine, brand-warrantied, and chosen with the care of someone who actually uses it. The founders — a touring sound engineer and a session guitarist — were tired of grey-market imports, mismatched warranties, and counter staff who could not answer a real question.
A decade later we are Iraq’s authorised dealer for thirty-plus of the world’s best brands — from YAMAHA, Shure and BOSE to Fender, Gibson, Roland and Dynacord. Our flagship store in Baghdad houses a full live-sound demo room, a treated mixing studio, and a guitar wall stocked from beginner-friendly to flagship.
We ship across all 18 Iraqi governorates with white-glove handling for large or fragile instruments. Behind every order is a team that plays, records, and produces — so when you call us with a question, you get an answer from someone who has lived it.
